Here you can find the pricing for exclusive rental of the entire space.

The space is fully yours.
You can manage the bar, bring your own food and drinks or your own vendor/suplier. We can support you during the event or give you total privacy.

Companies, Corporate conferences, private events, event producers and agencies that want to explore f&b

Conditions:

  • Minimum 5 hours of rental

  • Hours of setup/tear down include setup, dismantling, rehearsals, soundchecks, supplier access, event time and load-out.

  • Extra cleaning and security requirements may apply depending on attendance and event format.

  • Different revenue splits available depending on the number of guests

  • Additional discounts available for multiple events

HOSTED BAR EXCLUSIVE RENTAL

The space is yours, the bar is ours.
You save rent. In an event with paid entrance, all ticket revenue goes to you.
We operate the bar. Your guests pay the drinks or you can buy it upfront or choose an open bar.

Ideal for:
Parties (private and public), comedy shows, concerts, private celebrations with a big crowd

Conditions:

  • Minimum 5 hours of bar working and 50 guests

  • Standard hourly rate aplies to all event hours where the bar isn't working

  • Hours of setup/tear down include setup, dismantling, rehearsals, soundchecks, supplier access, event time and load-out.

  • Extra cleaning and security requirements may apply depending on attendance and event format.

  • Different revenue splits available depending on the number of guests

  • Additional discounts available for multiple events
